I love cooking and creating tasty meals from scratch or using store cupboard shortcuts. I try to create my own recipes which have come from experience or from meals I grew up with. I wasn’t always good at cooking and I tried hard to make good meals but they didn’t turn out so great. I remember once at university trying to make mashed potato but ending up with “mashed potato soup.”
